Proactive Hydraulic System Care

HY Guard is a proactive hydraulic treatment designed to help reduce friction, protect loaded contact surfaces, and support stable system performance. Once dispersed in the oil, PTFE particles help form a low-friction protective layer on pumps, valves and cylinders.

System Compatibility & Blending
HY Guard is based on high-quality mineral hydraulic oil and is designed to blend with most commonly used mineral hydraulic lubricants.

Oil Compatibility Note
HY Guard is intended for selected mineral oil-based hydraulic systems. For EAL or bio-oil systems, compatibility must be reviewed separately based on oil type, viscosity, additive package, system condition, and operating environment.

Suitable System Types
HY Guard can be considered for selected mineral oil-based hydraulic systems, including cylinders, pumps, valves, hydraulic power units, and other loaded lubrication systems where friction, wear, heat, or unstable operation are key concerns.

Each application is reviewed individually to ensure the treatment is suitable for the hydraulic system and operating conditions. This helps ensure correct blending, dosage, and application guidance.
